This 5th biennial three-day conference focuses on the relationship between vision and the safe operation of a motor vehicle. Presentations will involve a variety of areas including but not limited to:
- the role of vision impairment in driving
- vision and human factors issues in vehicle design and operation
- policy issues related to vision and driving
- at-risk populations (persons with medical impairments that impact visual processing) and driving
